Due to the natural of items, ALL items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance.

Please use our measuring guide to ensure you are receiving the correct sized unit. Before you cut the lace, try on your unit and check for the right fit. We do not refund but we can exchange your unit within 30 days ONLY if the lace is still on and has not been cut, then we can exchange for the right size.

However, our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your order! If there is a problem with your order that occurred on our behalf we will work diligently to fix it!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer refunds for orders placed with a delay out of our control, that’s outside of the stated processing time. All processing times are an estimated time and if something like this occurs we will do our best to keep you updated on the order and the delivery time frame.
